Our History

Litigation Support Services has a long and rich history in the Greater Cincinnati Legal Market. LSS opened its doors in 1971, pioneering the use of video for recording legal depositions. At this time, depositions were recorded on black & white reel-to-reel video. In fact, we recorded the first video deposition east of the Mississippi River.
